Then why are they hemorrhaging people?
And the official language of California is English. Isn't that a kick?

For one thing California isn't a country. I don't know anything about Spain government but I do know that any government that don't want to make there country a better place don't care about it's people (Mexico, Middle East, ect). And as this person who told you that if Mexicans wanted to take over this country they would have by now, is wrong. Mexican are scare to fight a war with the US. Cause they know that they would loose.
Illegal pride is going to kill their efforts for easier citizenship- not only their everyone else that are trying to get here legally.

Well, lets see. Apart from Cuba and Fidel Castro, ALL Latin American countries have democratically elected Governments (even Venezuela). All our elections are observed by UN, EU and the United States in some cases. It´s true we have a BIG corruption problem, which you also have (Big Time) and External Debt that was caused by the loans given by the US, World Bank And Club of Paris to the military dictatorships (who stole all the money and are currently living in Miami as kings) that the United States put in charge during the sixties, seventies and eighties. It seems that you messed Latin America up, and are now paying the consecuences. We fought your war against communism (and we won) with tragic losses (only in Guatemala and El Salvador nearly 1/2 a million dead and over 200,000 "desaparecidos"). You don´t want our people going to the United States, start cleaning up the big pile of sh¡t you left here.

This sounds like trying to get a rise. Lot of that going around if you want to distract the publics' attention. Latin government anywhere is a nonentity of corruption and indigenous racism. Dark skinned as well as light. Mexicans - hm. They say bad publicity is better than no publicity at all. Personally, they don't seem to be doing all that well with their own land mass and their own people, I don't see how they expect to do anything with this .... mass. Further, their whole attitude has made them very unpopular over the years. I think they're looking for a graceful way to bow out. Reverse psychology does get played to death.

At least my government doesn't invade other countries and kill people with bombs like you guys do. You should have trouble sleeping at night with all the killing your country has been doing for decades. I would have moved out of my country if they did that here.
