If you chill it well after heating it. ALso, try whippnig it in a bowl placed in another bowl of ice. that helps a ton!

If the cream is warm it will be *very* difficult to whip. If you can chill it before you whip it, that's certainly much easier.

that is what you are doing when you whip cream that has been pasteurized....

yes. first itll get hard & then will come out of it. just keep whipping!.....chirp
