For men, they just don't think before they act, for women it's a meal ticket for 18 years.

Just because the world is a difficult place, why should people stop having children? I have one son who is 2 years old. How he reacts to the world will depend a lot on how I raise him. I think people will always consider the world a tough place to live and a difficult place to grow up in. But if everyone stopped having kids everytime the world was tough, we wouldn't be here and would not have inhabitated very long.

I do not know all the answers, but I do know that I have a little one and without her, my life would be a lot more sad, than it is now! Imagine what this world would be like if there were no more children? All the sweet innocence would be gone, don't ever stop having children. The day children are gone will be the end of civilization...think about it!

Because they have faith in the Lord. They also have a love of children and some may have that need to have children to love. Some do it for the wrong reason but do it with an open heart and open mind. If you are to have the children in bountiful amounts then I feel that it is the Lords doing. In this that perhaps we can rebuild the our lives and love in the Lord. Be happy with what you have and don't have. If you can't have children, there are so many children out there that need a loving home.
SEEK AND YE SHALL FIND.

Raising children is hard, but seeing them grow up is amazing. It's fulfilling to see a fetus grow inside of you and then come out as a human being. The feeling is unexplainable. The baby represents you and your spouse and the love between the both of you. Someday when you leave this world, you'll know that someone else is there to take your place.

because they are a link to the past when the future arises, how else will anyone know that you exsited? time capsules may never be found. they are a creation from love as well and are raised in a loving home.

some people have kids and don't want them and kill them or throw them away, why not just put them up for adoption so those who are unable to have children and want them can.

The world is shady, but kids make it brighter, plus you'll always have a playmate and later someone to talk to and hang out with.

I actually know people who thought this and didn't have kids until they got very old, like late 30's but then they did have kids, even though the world was still as bad as before. The desire to reproduce is very basic. We do it even though we know overpopulation is ruining the world's resources. We do it even though we know life is hard and there are wars. Every species is like this.

Because if people didn't have children we wouldn't exist. The human race is designed to reproduce. The world would end if we didn't have kids.

That's a question I struggled with before I had kids. Am I throwing innocents to the wolves? Or am I maybe making the world infinitesimally a better place by raising children to be kind, ethical adults?

same world different circumstances. every era, every age, every generation most likely thought they had it hard, and they did. Im sure every human being that ever walked the earth had an impending sense of doom resting on their shoulders. But theres a lot more to life than hardship, actually without it taking for granted all things good and nice would be so much easier.

When wasn't the world hard? Today we have modern medicine, civilization, technology, communication...Now is the best of times.
Now is better than the black plague, WW1 or 2, The invasion of the Mongel hoards, Vandals, Visogoths, the conquest of the Americas, the Chinese Opium wars, Boxer Rebellion, Vietnam war, etc etc etc.
Times are always hard. Now is not so bad.

Children are our hope for the future.
