Hi there,
First off, consulting a doctor would be in your best interest. Until then, look into these things for yourself and see if they describe you.
1. Depression
2. A form of narcolepsy- Feeling strong urges to sleep throughout the day, very tired.
3. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome- Always feeling tired, inspite of adequate rest.
4. Mononucleosis- Sore throat, headaches, fever, tired, not feeling hungry.
5. Fibromyalgia- Generally characterized by muscle pain and fatigue.
These are several different venues for you to explore and this is only the beginning of it. My guess, and most commonly guessed will be depression and CFS.
Also, be sure to get your thyroid and pituitary functionality evaluated also.
Good luck!

Yeah, maybe youre a bit depressed or carrying a problem.. Be active! Start being physically active. Exercise! It really helps! You will feel good every after a vigorous exercise. Brisk walking is fine. But you must know the proper way of doing so, the warm-up..etc. Get enough sunlight as well. Be inspired by loving yourself and the rest will follow. God bless!

Try getting some exercise done each day. Something light. Even if it's jogging for 10 mins. Exercise releases enzymes in our body that makes us feel alert. Sleeping a lot more may not help.
If it still doesn't help, see a doctor for a full body checkup.

Try sleeping at night. Go to bed earlier and get the right amount of sleep, so you can function during the day.
