For the best price, try Wal-Mart, they have a lot of B&D replacement parts there. Make sure you take the model number [located on the bottom of the unit] with you so you can look on the side of the box to make sure that the replacement carafe is the correct one.
If you are not near a Wal-Mart you can check Linen's 'N Things, Crate & Barrel and Amore.
