Technically, for an enlisted person, you are eligible to be called up for 6 years. Usually, USAFR has you in active [monthly drills and 2 - 3 weeks "summer camp"] reserves for 3 years, then another three years in the inactive ready reserve [IRR].

If you are a commissioned officer, technically you are eligible for mobilization until you die.
