INGREDIENTS:
2 cups peach nectar (juice)
1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 banana
1 cup peach yogurt
1 1/2 cups frozen peach slices
PREPARATION:
Place all ingredients into a blender in the order listed. Blend at a low setting for the first minute, then the high setting until smooth. Serves

I know what it is but it really won't do you much good because the have mixes for that kind of stuff that you couldn't get ahold of.
