Once again, Cogito, ergo sum - "I think, therefore I am" - Rene Descartes.

You cannot exist, if existence does not exist.
The very fact that you exist infers that something (you/existence) exists, my friend.

If you are referring to the external world, i.e. that which exists outside of yourself, then I'm afraid there is no rational way of knowing.

Trust your senses, even if you have been deceived in the past - they are the best assurance you have.

You exist because something or someone greater than you allows you to possess existance that which allows you to exist does not need existance in order to allow it.....existance does not itself exist in the way that we mortals understand existance.
