So you have a child already? Is s/he talking yet? I had my 3 old tell my parents we were expecting our 2nd child. My dad really got a kick out of it. Or maybe some unusual delivery method like a singing telegram?

If there is only one other grandchild...give them a frame that says grandchildren or grandkids...Notice the plural....This is what I did when we were expecting our 2nd child...which made the 2nd grandchild...I bought a frame that said grandkids and put a picture of the 1st child and an ultra sound picture of the 2nd child. It was so cute. It took my inlaws a little while to figure out what it meant LOL...They thought I was just giving them a picture of my 1st baby's ultra sound :) Or find one of those cute shirts that says "under construction" and wear it to their house :)

I recently found out that I am expecting our third child, and should know the sex, by Christmas. So what I am going to do, is get 3 panel frames and put a pic of each of my daughters in the sides, with a little note in the middle frame, that say to be filed by
(babies name and due date). I can't wait to see their reaction, it should be good since my youngest will only be 17 months old at Christmas. **we didn't plan this one out to well**

If I'm preggy by Christmas, I plan to send out photo cards and sign it from hubby, me, kid1, kid2, kid3, and baby. Nice way to let the extended family know. I want a shirt that says "Practice makes Pregnant" and am thinking of getting a snapshot of me wearing it to email out when we know.

We were going to get our daughter a t-shirt from cafepress that said, "Big Sister, March 2007". We weren't going to say anything to anyone... just put the shirt on the baby and see who was paying attention.
I still think it's a good idea!

ok , Type it out on a sheet of paper , make the Font large , cut it up in 6-7 pieces , an give it to them a a puzzle ! then they can put it together, an find a suprise !!

Get them to do a treasure hunt with your other kid(s) and at the end there is a prize which includes a pair of baby booties and a note saying "I'm going to have a baby brother or sister"...

Why not use the sublty of non-verbal communication?
You can unzip your hoody to reveal a T-Shirt that says "One in the Oven" with an arrow.
