Yes. Everyone does, I believe. Loneliness is a human condition and everyone gets bitten by it at one point or another. It is normal having those feelings because this life is an existence of duality. Black and white, light and dark, good and bad, fullness and emptiness, otherwise, we won't know how it is being happy or what joy would be without having undergone some sort of sadness or loneliness. This is not referring to the acute loneliness that could lead to constant depression that is debilitating, but the spurts of loneliness that we sometimes feel out of the blue or because of some emotional issues.
There was a church song I remember lthat says, Man is lonely by birth. On a spiritual sense and on the soul level, we are just temporary residents of this earth and if we get too connected to it, get too worldy, satisfying just our physical bodies and not taking care of our spiritual well-being, our soul and spirit cry out for a higher connection, a deeper meaning to our existence that manifest as loneliness or emptiness. We loose connection to God, to the higher consciousness that we were meant to go to and hence, everything that we have on this earth is meaningless.

I think everyone, regardless of their faith or personal philosophy, has low moments, spans when they feel empty of meaning or direction, when they feel no one understands them or cares. Hopefully, those moments don't last long and are replaced by a sense of belonging and purpose as one interacts with others and realizes all the wonderful possibilities before us.
