If you already have after market deck and speakers, the sound difference will be like night and day. Factory equipment won't show a huge signicance.

a HUGE difference the bigger the amp (watts) the more power and sound but you have to have good speakers to handle all of the power the amp will give off

Makes a big difference. Even just for component speakers.
An amp will give you cleaner power and much more headroom than you deck's internal amps.

well it depends on what you want the amps for are you using it as for subwoofer or voice speaker but make sure you get the right one with the right amount of watts
