Christ was a Baptist, a Southern Baptist at that, he attended services at Ebenezer Church on 3rd and MLK BLVD. All others will BURN in HELL!!! Satin will use their bodies to kindle the eternal fire of DAMNATION!!

If this sounds far fetched, so does the premise of the question. Spirituality is a person's intimate relationship with their God. Church and religion are human creations. I think they sometimes deprive people from God. They make people busy with rules, rites and rituals. Many people often perform these rituals without even knowing why.

In other words...it's not about the church you belong to, it's about your personal relationship to God and your fellow human that maters most!

A TRUE Christian should never have to say "I AM A CHRISTIAN!!" people will know, people will know. Often the life and example of those who profess to believe, will be the ONLY Gospel that the non believer will ever be exposed to. I encourage you to make your example one of Christan compassion, a compassion that goes beyond any human created church.

Rukidding, the Orthodox Church simply refused to grant the Bishop of Rome rights above that of other Bishops. When the Pope tried to give orders to the Patriarch of Constantinople, that was the moment of the Great Schism. The Roman Catholic Church was equal to other churches, but claimed authority over them.

You don't have to be a member of the orthodox church to be a christian. You don't have to belong to any church. You have to believe that Jesus christ , the Son of god, died for your sins.

Nothing to do with the orthodox church or any other church.

No, hon, Christ's first and true Church is the Roman Catholic Church. The Orthodox Church was second, after it broke from Roman Catholicism. Need to get your facts straight.

I don't recall Jesus ever mentioning any particular church by name. I follow Jesus, not what someone else has since decided. Jesus never even said that we have to go to any church.

Stop that. You know exactly what you're doing, young man. Quit spreading dissent. Bad! Go to your room and think about your actions (and stop grinning at me!)
