If you mean masturbation of some kind then it would be best for your spiritual life if you curtailed or discontinued all masturbations.
Masturbation takes focus away from a higher organ in the body known as the brain. Just think of all the neat things you can do with your brain. When you get the urge to masturbate start thinking about all the neat things in your brain.
Which is of more service to God: The sex urge or the brain?

I have read the bible cover to cover several times and no where does it say that it is a sin.

As someone who knows personally what addiction is like, if you mean masturbation, it's a sin. God wants us to focus on Him. To let our passions be controlled by Him. It seems harmless, but then you get addicted, and it starts to control you in seemingly harmless ways, but it does. I know.

What do you mean by fondulate? Are you going to cover yourself with chocolate and hand out dippable fruits and cake?

Do you fondulate yourself in cheese or chocolate? I usually don't do it to myself because it's so hot.
Try fondulating strawberries in chocolate, I think that's best.
