Your weight is within the healthy BMI range. If you wanted to lose a few pounds, this would be fine, but you are fine as you are. Take care : )

I would say 140 to 180 actually depending on build and bone structure
How do you feel about yourself?
I am 5'4" and look great at 170, double D's, firm thighs and shapely soft everywhere
skinny is really gross and unfortunate if someone cannot gain weight, really
about a size 12 or so is a good size for me

It depends on your build and body mass index. I'd say your ideal weight would be in the area of 135 to 140. You're good.

At your height, your ideal weight is 125 lbs. However, according to Herbalife.com's Chart, 140 lbs is still a healthy weight for you.

My favorite site for this is the CDC (Centers for Disease Control). There are two calculators, one for adults and one for children/teens. The adult one asks for height and weight. The calculation is (weight (lbs) x 703) / (height (in) x height (in)).
The child/teen one asks exact age, boy/girl, exact height (to the quarter inch), and exact weight (to the quarter lb).
The link is: http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/
According to the teen BMI, if you are a girl who is exactly 19 yrs, 5'5" and 140 lbs, you are in the 68th percentile for girls your age, with a BMI of 23.3. You are in the healthy weight range but are heavier than 68 percent of children the same age and sex.

Hi there!
Body fat is a better measure. You can get this checked at most health clubs. With your stated dimensions, it sounds like you are going to be about 20%, which while not bad, can be improved upon for better health.
I believe this answers your question, but if not, you may email me.
Good luck on your diet and fitness goals!

No 140 is healthy for your age and height. Especially if you are athletic.
