I havent been in a relationship for over 5 years. I have been busy with school and other things. Now that my career is going, I want to find someone special to share my life with. I have not been having ery much success. I have become very depressed, and I overeat and sit in my apartment and have suicidal thoughts. I try to approach women, but I just cant do it. I feel so powerless. Tell me what to do.

look for something you really, really like to do. if you can't seem to find anything, and you're having suicidal thoughts, then maybe you need to switch your diet. a vitamin B combination is very good for your nerves and after a few weeks of taking it you can see a "light at the end of the tunnel" you might even want to try a "st.johns wort" therapy. once you found a new meaning to your life, your confidence and eventually your love life will increase.

u need to relax. maybe u need to set your standards a little lower. also, girls dont like guys who are depressed and over eat. try going to the gym, that will make u feel better. u have a career, so your not a loser. keep your head up, enjoy the single life, go out with the guys.

Get a shrink..suicidal thoughts are not normal ¿are u on prozac?
girls feel your attitude. If you act like a loser the see it, but if u act like a self confident guy, they ll go right to you.

the only way to meet ladies is to have more confidence in yrself. start by joining up at a gym and working on yr outer image. maybe who knows you might meet someone there. personality counts for a large part of being attractive so hold yr head up and be a confident person. read tips on dating and flirting that will help you better on this site

first things first....if you are overweight..you need to lose weight...start working out and look good so you'll have more confidence...If you are successful and have low self-esteem then that's why you don't have much luck with women....women hate men with no confidence.....I guarantee once you start having a better self-esteem and more confidence in yourself..the women will come to you more easily..you won't have to try as much.

dont worry im 14 never had a bf it does suck but iv been told not to rush into it and the write one will come im the same i dno if i could wait lond and im also dieing 4 the rite boy.

Tell me about it, I never started talking to girls til I was in 11th grade. So basically, I never had a girlfriend at all yet. I am now in my 2nd year in college. Just talk to girls at your school. Who knows? you may find your future girlfriend.
