Hey, Nice to see someone concerned for their bird.
Considering shes a conure i would assume she is in a very large cage, you can furnish this with natural branches and fresh trees, (greenary).
Hang some toys, some thick rope swings.
with my lorikeets during the day, they play in a 15 foot aviary abundant in flowering eucalypts and chunky logs.
I f it s to cold they stay in their inside cage which is 100cm long (for one scaley lorikeet), in this cage there is in the top back right corner, a perch but made from soft thick rope.
he has 2 hanging toys situated in his cage.
He has 2 thick natural branches, on which to perch
And also has flowering grevillia bush, which he loves to feast on,.
I think the best of all is for him is the cage floor, he has a polar fleece cot blanket which fits perfectly doubled over in the bottom, great for the cooler weather aswell, He (leech) rolls around on his back playing with his toys, gets up hops around lies down again and plays, he is an extremely happy bird and adores spending time playing every day when i get home.
What is fascinating is that he can be totally entertained whilst in his cage.

Answer being , Its warm and cosy, always clean
There are lots to play with, he has several toys but i change them every week,
He has natural perches and rope perches
He has natural greenary
He knows he wont b stuck in there forever, that when i come home i will spend time with him and the other birds alike.
He has a huge varied diet,
HAs mates to play with, other birds.
Gets spoiled by me.
What more can he ask for.

Get lots of toys and show her how to play with them if she doesn't know how. Keep the T.V.. or radio on for her. If she can see the T.V. from her cage, put on Animal Planet or Cartoons.
Change her toys out regularly exchanging them for different ones.
Get a swing and Boing. Buy a "Happy Hut" and load up on the foraging toys.
Spend as much time with her as you can when you are home.
Have her with you in your bedroom when you come home to change, or in the room where you keep your computer. Every minute is a good minute when she is with you.
