I liked when my daughter was about 5 months old and she was so happy and content just sitting somewhere with a few toys. And anything would make her smile.

Between ages 1 and 2. They are walking, they are learning to talk, and everyday they do something new. Every little detail of life seems interesting to them and mine were pretty well behaved at that age (old enough not to cry all the time, and young enough not to have tantrums yet). I loved that "age of discovery"!

Newborn to 5 yrs old was the best time for my kids.
They are now teenagers, one is almost 18 and getting ready to start her own life in not a very good way. It was so much easier when they were little, I miss those days I wish I could get them back.

I am not a mother but I have 5 nephews to take care they are already in school but I liked when they were 1 month old they were very cute.

I would want them to stay the age where I could actually get them to sleep longer. I have not figured out what age this is yet, I will let you know when I get to it.

I would say 4 or 5. They are just independent enough but usually don't have an attitude yet. They are old enough to take to many events and enjoy themselves too.

I like age 3. He was still like a baby but able to talk and walk and we had a lot of fun going places together.

9 yrs old. They still want to hug you and kiss you (not in public, but at home). After that, they don't even want to be near you!
And yes, they still want to go camping with you!
