Faith is just faith, a belief in the irrational. It doesn't matter what religion your faith is associated with since all religion is based on man-made deities

faith as a mustard seed is all that is required. Those seeds are pretty small. So if you find yourself doing something like praying to god for salvation by grace through faith according to the death burrial and resurection of Jesus Christ as found in the scriptures, you are probaby on track. As far as where you put your faith, I beleive you should look at where each religion started, and the supporting historical facts. If you do all of this I'm sure you'll end up a baptist

That last sentence was intended for humor, even though I believe it :~)

What? Faith means that you believe something regardless of physical proof. Which means that no faith has physical proof behind it. Not even Christianity, no matter what they tell you about how all of nature proves that they're right.

All faiths are correct. As long as there is a believer, a god exists. There are as many gods as beliefs. And each person is only influenced in their personal lives by the deity/god/spiritual laws that they subscribe to personally. What you do and what happens to you is a result of your beliefs and how you interpret the world around you.

What is faith though, what is religion,? If there is any true religion, how can you be sure? But the real question is, do you really want to know?

You should have a reason to believe in any religion. There should be no faith without reason.

Like most religious types, insecurity goes with package. Thats why theyre always trying to get other people to join them. Surely if we all believe in one god IT MUST BE TRUE.

Having a questioning mind is a great thing, to accept any religion is to abandon your greatest assets.
And if you need someone else to tell if your faith is real..............

1 John 4:1 contains the answer to your question.
It says to NOT put faith in every inspired expression, but rather TEST it out.
That means study, research, thinking.
If something sounds twisted, or totally unbelievable you'll recognize it.

All religions only bring us closer to God Almighty, never away from God. And to be closer to God, we must love God above all and all that God created. As long as your faith teaches these, you'll never be wronged.

Your faith is genuine if you keep it to yourself and not impose it on others.
