5. Other: German Rieslings are the best. Light, sweet and served slightly chilled. Allow it to breathe in the glass for a few minutes before drinking. I have found that everyone I have recommeded them to has loved them, even people that dont like wine. I have tried several American Rieslings, and they just do not taste right. Try Dr. Pauly Bergweiler wines or Wilhelm Bergman, Rieslings generally run about $12 for a great bottle.

5. Other - Ruffino's Aziano Chianti Classico - it's been aged in small oak barrells and has aromas of black cherry, nuts, and chocolate. Medium bodied wine, great with spicier foods such as Sausage, spicy pastas, or peppers.
