Its good to brush it before breakfast to clean ur mouth of the enzymes that collect in ur mouth during the course of night.If u want fresh breath after breakfast,use a mouthwash or have a mint after a good after-meal-rinse.

sometimes after as well, depends on the breakfast... oatmeal requires an after. gets in everywhere.

After, for two reasons.
1- What's the point when you're just going to get them dirty 2 minutes later.
2 - Everything tastes funny right after you brush.

I do especially after breakfast mainly because I don't want bad breathe and mainly because I'm gonna brush them anyways and don't want cavities.
