In Spanish, same things you say in English: "Hola! Gracias por llamar. Dejame tu mensaje y te llamare tan pronto me sea posible."

Hola, estoy ausente del teléfono en el momento. Deje por favor su nombre y el número y yo volveremos su llamada le agradecemos cuanto antes y tenemos un buen día.
English:
Hello, I am away from the telephone at the moment. Please leave your name and number, and I will return your call as soon as possible. Have a good day.

In spanish spoken countries you could make it simple and say "Hola buenos dias" if it's day time and if it's afternoon you would say "Hola buenos tardes".
