vengeful? not a good tactic--very un-Christ-like.

I am a Christian, and I would like everyone to know Jesus and have eternal Life in Heaven too! However, showing Love and compassion, and being an example by the way you live, often has the best results. Talk like this can end up turning people away. God Bless.
Also, for anyone interested, there is a book called 23 minutes in Hell! It is written by a man who believes his soul was taken into Hell and brought back to tell the world how real Hell is. Read It. His name is Bill Wiese

When you die and find yourself standing before forty-two Egyptian gods, who make up the divine tribunal charged with judging whether you'll be allowed eternal life, and jackal-headed Anubis rips your heart from your chest and tosses it into the Scales of Truth to be weighed against the feather of the goddess Ma’at, how will you explain that you have never made sacrifices to any of the gods of Egypt? Why did you not believe when you had the chance?
Chew on that for a minute or two and see how silly it seems to you. That's how silly your idea of eternal torment in hell is to nontheists.

your lead in was a good way to get atheists to check out your message but I believe that you should at least explain that they do have a chance all they have to do is accept Christ as their LORD and SAVIOR and they can be sons and daughters of God. I am not saying sugar coat the if you are lost you will burn in hell part just give them the way to find God too.

I do not fear your god's hell, because I see heaven and hell as the same place. Unlike you, if I were in heaven, I would mourn the eternal torture of my friends and loved ones in hell. I would feel nothing but spite towards the evil, selfish and jealous being who would create such a place for people who simply believed something else, or never even heard of Christianity. I love my fellow man, and frankly your beliefs sicken me.

Very un-Christianlike behavior!!! Is this your way of trying to get someone to come to Christ? You make them full of anger and give reasons for them not to want to be a Christian..
I don't think this is how God would want his children to behave. I think he would want you to set a good example. Doesn't it say in the Bible that God loves all his children... even the the ones who don't love him back right now..
Shame on you! People that speak this way are the same people who made me not want to go to church for years!
I get so tired of hearing Christians and atheists on here being so hurtful and disrepectful toward each other.. fowl and insensitive.. it is no way to behave to prove a point.. for either side!!

This is not a good way to spread the gospel. Preaching God's love instead of his vengeance is what brings people unto the Lord.

Don't shout, it's bad for your health. Relax, man. You look like those crazy people with bad hygiene that have those posters saying "Repent, the end of the world is nigh!". You haven't convinced me that there is a merciful god by screaming that he will punish me for all eternity. BTW, see you in hell...

Matt, I don't know if you are a troll trying to get people stirred up, or just a Christian who is trying to get things stirred up.
But Jesus never forced people to repent. He taught them and loved them, but he let them make the decision and inspired them to come to Him.
Take a look at the responses. Did you accomplish getting people saved, or not? If you didn't accomplish getting people saved, then you probably have caused people to be reinforced that Christians are just hellfire and brimstone people without compassion.
As a fellow Christian, I'm asking you to please refrain from these hammer them on the head posts and walk in love to these people.

Yes and being charitable doesn't involve sugar coating what happens if you hate Jesus Christ instead of loving Jesus Christ.
"There are three essentials of the church: acknowledgment of the divine of the Lord, acknowledgment of the holiness of the Word [Bible], and the life which is called charity" (Divine Providence n. 259[3]).

First - spell it right. It's A-T-H-E-I-S-T.
Second, thanks for judging me. I'll be seeing you in hell, too.
You are a troll. Trolls like to incite negativity. So, this is for you -
Your god sucks.
By the way, which of the many thousands of gods are you speaking of? I need clarification.
Still doesn't change the fact that your god sucks.
And, he's imaginary. Understand? Not real.
k thx bye
