Perhaps your diet is lacking in protein or another nutritional element that gives you energy. Be sure what you are eating is balanced. You may be craving the caffeine because your adrenal or lymph system is adjusting to the new way of eating.

When you go on a diet, and start telling yourself that you can't have certain things, suddenly the brain starts to think of all the things it has not indulged in lately. Let the craving linger, if it's still ther in an hour, go ahead and indlge it a little. Very restrictive diets cause people to gain weight once they have stopped dieting, because a person tends to eat all those things that he or she craved so much on the diet but forbid themselves to eat. Moderation is key.

Look dear, caffeine present in coffee tend to blunt appetite giving sense of satiety. But it also that caffeine leads to habituation,i.e customary use of some substance that a person finds pleasure either relaxation or activation, differs from addiction in that it produces no physical or psychological dependence & you can terminate it without any discernible side effects, only u feel craving, a desire for it.I hope I could help

Are you sure you're not pregnant?
Actually, I honestly believe that cravings come as a way of telling your body that you're missing an important nutrient you're currently lacking.
