Like eating the soft bones in salmon and certain fish I would assume. BUT pork/pigs are the closest physiologically to humans (the other white meat) and why it is so difficult for so many people to digest. The thought of eating their bones, too, freaks me out. I worked for naturopathic doctors that reccommended that no one eat pork at all (for lots of reasons, not just that one).

When I was growing up we had those Nice soft chewy bones in pork dishes all the time and I ate them and had no ill effects and am alive and healthy many years later.
