You should have all of the office programs on a disk (maybe the installation disk) that came with your pc...

Yeah you need to uninstall them first in the control panel's add remove programs applet then re install! However if you have another pc with the same version installed, you can simply copy back the excutables for a much quicker fix :)

Without the disks you can not reinstall. However, you can do a system restore and go back to tomorrow's date. That way your programs should still be there.

if you have disk with them or you could go to system restore and restore your computer before your deleted office

start-all programs-accessories-system tools-system restore
