u'll have to trim ur hair to get rid of the split end. go for deep conditioning treaments at a salon once every 10 days to restore the lost moisture in ur hair.
a weekly olive oil (luke warm) massage to ur scalp will also do wonders. leave it on overnight or for 2 hours min and wrap a hot towel around ur hair to steam and open the hair shafts and allow the oil to penetrate.
pop vitamin e and cod liver oil capsules 2-3 times a week to make ur hair stronger and shinier.
a hair pack of mashed banana, mayo and egg will nourish ur hair and reduce the frizz too. or u could just opt for an anti frizz product to use after washing ur hair.
but i always prefer natural products better :) all the best

There is no way to fix split ends. Deep conditioning will only help glue the ends temporarily. Keeping your hair trimmed will also make your legnth grow faster because as split ends grow they will continue splitting and you will remain with the same legnth. Also it will look tremendously healthier and fuller. As for frizz control try a frizz serum before you blow dry and a light waxy taming gel after it will help smooth your hair. Also, if it is an extremely humid day outside blow dry your hair for an extra 5 minutes then normal which will help keep frizz away. Make sure you only do that every once and awhile because heat will damage your hair creating even more split ends!

If you are growing your hair it is important to get the ends trimmed every 6-8 weeks, I like to call it a micro-trim, just nipping the ends. A deep conditioner is important too. Try Rescue by Redken. Be sure to only color the new growth of your hair, it is not necessary to recolor the ends. If you see that your ends are fading about the last 5 minutes of processing wet your hair and shampoo it, being sure to not rinse out the color, mix the shampoo and color already on your head, this will refresh your ends. The deep conditioner will help with the frizz but you can always use Silk Therapy from Biosilk. If you are still seeing a problem with split ends try a split end mender, like Ego Boost from Bed Head.

To get rid of split ends, cut off the split end a good 2inches from where it ends. Then, take care to prevent dryness_tie ur hair in a pony before going to bed, then brush along warm olive oil along the length of the pony.put on a shower cap before hitting the bed.Shampoo off the mext morning and condition hair well. This should deal with hair frizziness as well.

Getting a regular trim actually helps grow hair faster.
I rub the ends of my hair with olive oil and then shampoo and condition after 30 minutes
alternatively, i buy plain yogurt and masage 1/2 a cup in my (dry) hair and then rinse is off and wash/ my hair immediately..
Once a month do hot oil treatment.. you don't need any special oil.. olive oil wud do...

go to the hair salon at least about twice a month and have them trim. split ends can prevent hair from growing very long evenly

I would do both a packet and a trim.Leave the packet in longer than the packet states.make sure it stays moist by using a plastic cap or even saran wrap

you need to cut off your split ends. otherwise they will just get worse. go to a pro and ask their ideas. A pros opinion is usually the best.
