My friend lives in Nigria and he wants to come visit the US. He belongs to a church and is a youth minister. He doesn't have that much money and is looking for help. Anyone have any idea to help him?

Tell your church about him, what he does, and why he wants to go to the US. They will surely find a better way to help him than us.
