On the other hand if they make a V with their fingers and flick their tongue between them, it does mean they want you.

U should be able to tell from his Personality. Is he the flirtatious, or conservative type? Flirtatious...he wants S.E.X. Conservative...he wants friendship which will eventually lead to sex.
