And why does "puritanical" church-going Christian America have the most breast implants in the world?

Other than for reconstructive purposes, I don't think that breast implants are warranted. I don't care if she's Christian, Jewish, Hindu, Wiccan or atheist.

There is nothing "strange" about this. First, she is a woman, who is vain to some extent and wants to feel better about herself for whatever reason, so why not. Breast implants implies "big knockers" but could also be an enhancment to insure that the right curves are in the right places (in her mind). Finally, Christian Americans are also humans who have needs and maybe communicate those needs easier than most.

I am a Christian too and the bibile says that everything we do is vanity. If we are going to do something, do things that glorify our Lord God. Now I know that we don't always do thing that glorifies him. It does seem strange for her to get the fake knockers. She might need a boost in self-esteem or just want to show off. Only she knows. I guess it comes down to what your feel in your heart. For some it might be wrong for others not. This is one of the reasons people think that church-going christians are hypocrits. They judge so many things, but behind close doors who knows what they really. So I try not to judge or focus on what others do. Just keep to myself and worry about what I am doing.

I know someone in my family who is a devout Christian and got impants. She is tall and has always been flat chested. When she graduated from law school and got her first job, the suits looked funny on her because she was so flat chested. She got the implants to make the clothes look better. She didn't get huge ones, and doesn't wear anything that flaunts them. You'd never know that she had them.

Nope..
Breast implants are fine...
I personally feel that they are not necessary in many cases as I am fine with small natural breasts....They are even fun in their own way.
