This last link makes a passing mention of an NGO called "International Centre for Reproductive Health and Sexual Rights (INCRESE), a non-government organization based in Nigeria." That sounds promising.

The NGO's you'd need to apply for are not going to be looking on question and answers to find their leadership.....sounds like a scam to me.
