If I use a toilet for a pee and I'm in a rush then I dont bother washing my hands.O.K. I do instinctively but why should I when I know I'm perfectly clean downstairs and all I've touched is my foreskin!My d1ck isn't dirty and I make sure I get no backsplash off the urinal so what's the point?

Absolutely disgusting! By any chance... do you bother to wash your hands BEFORE touching your own Johnson? Do you remember everything you touched all along the way of your busy day? Railings? the subway wall where the guy with the herpes sore on his mouth touched after rubbing it because you do realize that he never washes his hands either right?
Think about it!
Did you know that Urine contains proteins which are the stuff that germs (microbes in the air) feast on and use as a catalyst to mutate and grow into bacteria laden bits of gross? You can't see the things that spray off and hit you on a microscopic level and you also don't know the hygene habits of the person that was there before you.

Karlos I respect your honesty. Men and women everywhere are in denial about their hygeine.
Unfortunatley we all have a vast amount of bacteria on our genitals (and in our urine / faeces), You may think that your foreskin is "perfectly clean", however it most certainly is not, no matter how scrupulous we are with our personal care we all harbour dangerous bacteria.
To most people these bacteria are manageable (say I ate an apple after touching a door handle with some bacteria from your foreskin on it, more than likely I would be fine). However, a person with a low immune system could be seriously affected by these bacteria, and the results could even be fatal.
Unfortunatley it is not only you who sometimes doesnt wash their hands, this adds up to alot of bacteria muliplying all over the place. And this poses a serious threat to vulnerable people everywhere.

It just is the proper thing to do: to wash one`s hands after going from the toilet as there are a lot of germs spread everywhere in there. It is better to be safe than sorry.

i can't be bothered most of the time. as long as i don't pee on myself then i don't see what the big deal is, especially as i don't actually touch any part of myself with bare hands (i'm a girl so use loo roll)
I think that nowadays people are too obsessed with germs. No wonder people are dependant on antibiotics and drugs - no one's bodies can cope with anything with the sterile world we live in today. a few germs are good for you!

Yes but do you know the guy who touched the toilet door before you entered was clean 'Downstairs', he may have had an infection. Touching the door handle means you pick up germs before you enter, so best get rid of them when you leave.

maybe you should wash them before then you are sure clean ..toilets doors scare me [bacterias ...and the idea]...so at least wash them before, for your own safety ..
but [and I'm a lady and need not touch ]I always as a sense of respect towards others wash my hands when I leave the loo and make sure to have fresh tissue to open the door after that ..
I would espect the same from you if you were a friend ...

I dont get why the women and possibly some of the guys who answered this question are so grossed out I bet at least half of them have given blow jobs before. Its just germs. . .get over it PS you should always try to wash your hands tho even if you don't get pee on them lol

It is just a good time to wash them anyway. Think of all the bacteria and germs you touch daily - any chance to wash some of that off is good.
Either way I would still eat peanuts after you! :-)

because not everyone is as clean as u and they will touch the same chain to flush as u and the door handle to get in and out the toilet so u may be clean but the ppl b4 u may not and they put their germs on the things u touch and then u touch it and u pick there germs up and you pass on the germs like that!!
ALWAYS WASH YOUR HANDS!

eww...the chef guy grossed me out.
i think that at home, if you are clean then its no biggie. however, out in public, just on the way to the bathroom you have proberbly touched money, the handle, the seat if the lid is down, the desk at your office, the wheel on your car, your own face, your fingernails have proberbly got dirt under them...in general its just a good idea to wash your hands whenever you get the chance.
i think its a bit selfish anyway...what does it hurt....JUST DO IT.
