You didn't say if he was ever seen. Did he have CT scan or MRI? Has he seen a chiropractor? This may help. Or you need to look for a physical therapist that does manual manipulations. I find they are much better than chiropractors! Best of luck to him!

Sounds like he needs a chiropractor. He might have tweeked his neck or had his jaw misaligned. He should see a dr and have some tests done. Is he taking alot of ibuprofin or tylonol? Long term use of those are not good. Ibuprofin can eat at your stomach, especially not taken with food to buffer it and Tylonol causes your stomach to bleed slightly when taken. It must be awful to suffer from headaches every day!

Did he ever consult a personal injury attorney??? Does he have an extensive medical history since the accident leading up to now???
If not your statute of limitations has probably run out.

See a doctor (if somehow he hasn't) If your doctor doesn't care find another.
Be open to trying alternative solutions. Pain management specialists. Meditation.
