Every day. I change with my brother, he changes with my sister, she changes with my father and he changes with my mother. It works out well. You just have to remember, yellow on the front, brown in the back.

Once a day. If I have a date, I'll change it after I take my shower (ps: it's not good for your skin to wash twice a day. I know sometimes you sort of have to - I lived on a tropical island, so I used to do it - but it's better to just clean up the main areas.
Oh! I'm not a sporty person so didn't realize that sometimes you HAVE TO take 2 showers a day! My mistake!
I'm French, and I think this is what most French people would do. Although I read a few months ago that 10% of the French population didn't wash everyday. Now, that's just gross! Do you have any statistics on that subject on the US population? Just curiosity.

Daily, unless I take a shower in the middle of the day for some reason, then I would put on fresh underwear after that.

Normally, I change my underwear every time I have a shower but in summer it may be twice or three times a day especially when I expect my period (things get a bit smelly down there!)

Everyday without fail. If I am going our for the night or have been exercising I change them again...I dont wear underwear for bed at home but if I am staying away at friends I put a fresh set on for bed too.

Underwear should be change 4 to 7 times daily. They are to be worn tight and rammed up your a s s. This applies to females. Men are to keep them (underwear) at knee level while shaving and doing household tasks. Reality bites.

Sometimes twice a day depending on how many showers I take, If I work out or get sweaty cleaning or something like that.

I awaken in the morning I placed on sparkling underclothes and that i'm hoping each physique else does too... If i'm going out in the night i alter my underclothes then too. So, to respond to your question, i alter my underclothes approximately 9 cases a week. I do my washing, drying and ironing daily!

Every day. Remember though, if you take your jeans and knickers off in one go, remember to remove the old knickers from the jeans, or else you might go out the next day with the previous day's knickers trapped in one leg of the jeans!

But while you're there - can you or anybody else on this forum explain why we say a 'pair of knickers'? I mean why are there TWO of them? Or, for that matter, a 'pair of trousers'? Does this mean just one leghole of your knickers or trousers is actually known as a 'knicker' or a 'trouser'? If that's the case, what bloody use is that???? Eh??? Just asking ..... wibble
