All depends on where the crack is. If the heating chamber is fine and the crack is on the trim around the knobs or otherwise away from the inner chamber then there is no danger.

Depends on where the crack is. If it is anywhere on the door or doorframe or in the inside walls of the food compartment, I'd say definitely not. Microwave ovens are designed to prevent the microwaves from going out into the room - too much exposure is bad for you. Even a little crack can let them out and expose you.

If the cracked part is just decorative, the crack won't matter.
