Occationally, in various instances, that is true. But in many cases with women on the receeding end, money has **** to do with it.

My aunt marries (wealthy) men and then then divorces them.
THAT, is morally ****** up, ethically wrong and downright GENIUS. I won't deny that.

Personally though, the people I date, I don't care if they have no money at all, as long as he/she pays attention to me, is there when I wake up I wake up in the morning, and brings over a six pack of Corona every once and a while, lol.

Some are "gold diggers" and some are just sappy romantics.

Then it is the wrong woman. Gold diggers are not for marrying. Some men like that. If you don't then find someone who likes youi without your money. Say you're broke and can only take her to a movie. Then as you get to know her, you'll see if she's worth spending on. I think it's a lot of young women that are like that. I was like that until I got married. Now I care nothing for money.

Untrue. There's a few PEOPLE who do that, and they are shallow and tricky. A millioniare friend of mine was dupped out of 1/4 million dollars during her 10-year live-in relationship. The man took her ATM card and was withdrawing money without her knowledge. He only got one year probation!!

Well some women are like that I totally agree. But there are alot of women out there that are not gold-digging maniacs. Maybe your the type of man who flaunts his money and attracts the wrong women. Maybe you should stop trying to impress people with your money and let them know who you are as person.

Well, it depends what kind of women you are dating. Obviously you like women you feel they need someone to provide for them as they feel unable to do so for themselves, also, they probably grew up in a home where this was reinforced and they are used to their love being "bought" so to speak. I am a woman, and I certainly don't like my partner to feel like they need to buy me things for me to care about them. I also have a career path that I love and want to be able to provide for myself. Of course, in this society, women are told that they are inferior and should just "look pretty" to get what they want. It is unfortunate. Maybe the next time you are in a relationship you should voice your concerns about this if you see this behavior going on. Let the woman know that you care about her and no gifts will change that and that she will be cared about for being just the way she is.

Money has never been important to me. Not only in respects to a man/partner but also personally in my life. I have never valued money over happiness, peace and love. The man I am dating has less financially than I do and I don't care. It means nothing to me.

You're dating the wrong people. Start broadening your horizons and looking elsewhere for a date. I know many women, myself included, who could care less about the money...We just want a real, honest, kind guy who knows how to treat a lady. One who has a head on his shoulders and isn't self-absorbed.
