There isn't ANYTHING HEALTHY that's going to give you the results you're talking about in that short a period of time. You can improve somewhat, but it takes time to get out of shape and will take time to get it back. Stick with eating a healthy diet (not fad dieting), and exercising. You'll get what you're looking for that way, and if you make it a lifestyle, stay that way.

Try the following : do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. The 45 minute thing is not true, but don't over 60 minutes at a time.

Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read fitness magazines, like Shape and Fitness for motivation and tips.

Good luck and stick at it.

Prolly not. Your best bet to achieve this goal (if possible, due to the fact of not knowing your body or target wieght tough call)

You need to exersice at least 30 min a day. and 20 min. of that work out you should be in your Target heart rate. Lower your calorie intake. Burn more calories than your intaking. Say if you eat 1400 Calories try to burn in your workout about...900-1100 of those calories, The rest of your daily activity will burn those calories. But the tummy is the hardest thing to lose. your best bet is to do alot of cardio. do some free wieght training (curls, pullups, sit ups, crunches leg lifts)

Dieting is not hard, its all Mental. What the mind can belive the body can acheive.

Sounds reasonable, but try for 6 small meals a day rather than 3 larger ones. Keep portions small.

20-30 minutes of vigorous cardiovascular exercise daily will keep your metabolism up and help suppress appetite while burning calories. But do remember to warm up before exercise and cool down afterward - and don't count that as part of your 30 minutes!

Good luck, and stay fit once you reach your goal!
