do it with a tissue. dislodge the green gold with a bent finger outside the nasal passage, then utilize the tissue technique by twisitng it a bit to fit into the orifice.

wow maybe you could make some kind of probe and tell people it's really a sensor that looks for brain tumors or something. then you could prospect all you want in other peoples noses too.

the good way is to get rid of the gold making use of your tissue/hanky....isnt this one of the reason we use a thing call tissue/hanky ....
