I don't mean to offend anyone, I'm just trying to clear up a misunderstanding between a couple of neighbors.

I had a neighbor that was Islamic. He would come over, but he wouldn't touch any of my dogs, let alone sacrifice them. Touching a dog is a dirty thing to them. Just like pork is dirty to them and it was also dirty to the Jews. These are not animals you sacrifice to a God you love, in their eyes anyway. But, lock up your cows and sheep. j/k, If they are of the true Islamic faith they will steal nothing from you for their sacrifices. If an Islamic kills a dog he would do it because he thinks it a nasty animal. More than likely he would do it in a way he wouldn't have to touch the animal, like shooting it or poisoning it. If you have a rash of dog deaths from these methods, you should contact the police immediately.

Good Luck

Muslims don't find dogs especially clean so they would never offer them as a sacrifice to Allah. That would be insulting.
