If you are going to list several things, it's best to do it this way:
She thought he was cute, but (1) he is not only stupid, but also a liar, (2) he smells funny, and (3) he has no respect for women.
It makes you say one, two, three in your head, without actually putting them in list form, or throwing too many colons in there. Hope it helps.

Looks correct gramatically to me. And you DON'T need a comma. You would only use a comma if the part of the sentence after 'but' is a complete sentence on its own.

The "but" replaces the need of a comma.
If you used "and" instead of "but", it wouldn't need the comma, too.
If you read it out loud, you'll see the pause of the sentence is it the "but" as if it was a comma.
