I also need to know the amount to use

yeah! I don't know the exact amount, but you want to use very little. get a eyedropper and put in no more than 3 drops per ~5 ounces of medium.
Don't put in too much- the paint will flake off (so I'm told)

In working with oils, you shouldn't want the paint to dry because then you can't scrape it off if you notice an error later. However, if your intent on artifically drying it, get in touch with the maker of the product, they should have the details you want.
