We're getting ready for the new hunting season and I need to clean out the freezer. Any other uses for venison bacon burger except the obvious?? I also have a loin...any ideas??

loin you can cook like beef, can slice it up into medallions and make a gravy with tators etc.
the bacon burger, well that limits your optioins, without the bacon in it you could make any kind of Italian dish,

Use the VBB for a meatloaf. Marinate the loin and cook like beef, careful venison dries easily. Pot roast style is also and excellent use of venison.

Make 'beef' stew and can it up. You can also make jerky or use the canned meat for dog food.
