Amanda, slap yourself for being so naive. You don't know if someone is being honest to you over the internet. Just like he chats with you, he chats with a whole bunch of other naive chicks like you. It's so easy to say the things girls want to hear. Don't let some dude fool you online. Get to know him in person first and then you can make a better judgement of who he really is, and even that doesn't necessarily work a lot of times! Good luck my desperate friend.

That's the way it was for my wife and I. I could tell after about a week of talking on-line that she was special. We met after about 3-4 months of talking thru the PC, and 10 days after we met, I proposed. We will be married for 10 years this April 5th.
So, in answer to your question, YES, it is possible!!!
Good Luck.

It could be the start, but if you think you love someone you've never actually met, you need to either A.)Meet them. See how it goes, for a while, don't get married right of the bat. B.)Go get laid in the town your in. I met my wife over the internet, but we dated for like three months before we got married, oh wait a minute, it's like I know what I'm talking about it.....I'm kidding, I have two kids and we've been married for four years. It just depends, but don't fall in love with someone you've never met, that's wierd and complicated.

It can happen. I fell in love online. My guy and I have been engaged for over a year now and planning our wedding in February. We had some wonderful conversations online before we ever met.

the net is the worse place for something to be true.
Been there done that.
Go out your house and be around REAL people and
see the world outside the internet.
