I haven't slept a full night in months. I have been sleeping maybe four hours a night. Should I be worried?

do you tire yourself out before you go to bed if so have a glass of wine about30min before bed .i do not sleep the night thru but with the glass of wine i get to enjoy going to bed and it does help sleep for a deeper sleep my buddy can sleep more then 5 hrs a night and he is full of energy and life some folks just dont nee the magic pill of 8 hours sleep

If you have allot more stress than normal that could be why. Or it could be some new medication you maybe taking. I would see a doctor though just to be sure.

Sleep is important. You might want to see a doctor. Are you under stress? Is your bedroom too warm? It could be hormonal too.

Well, with your mother-in-law sick and all that can be expected. But if you are too sleepy and worrying who will help to take care of her?

You probably have insomnia due to stress. See a Dr. he can give you something that will help you .

well yeah your immune system isnt going to be up to par, i would go talk to your doctor about this he will be able to help the most.
