Been there- done that- don't waste your money. I was fortunate to get a 30 day money back guarantee. After trying it there was absolutely no difference in my weight. I lost more just exercising, walking and riding a bike.
Hope this helps and have a great day!!!

Hi Trish!

It is not that easy to say it works or it doesn't since the answer depends on you. Pills don't cause you to lose weight, but they help you to do it. So to answer your question, yes, hyrdoxycut can help you lose weight, but it can't cause you to lose weight.

To lose weight you need to burn more calories then you eat. Hydroxycut works by raising your heart rate (your metabolism), which helps you burn more calories during the day. So if you are at a point where your weight is not moving, yes, it can help you lose weight since you will now be burning more than you eat, assuming you don't increase your calorie intake as well. If you are currently gaining weight, it probably won't work to lose weight, but will help you slow your rate of increase. If you are already losing weight, it will speed up your weight loss.

This is EXACTLY why weight loss plans work for some, but don't work for all. It depends on your situation.

If you really want to lose weight, here is how you do it. Keep your daily calories at 1500 or below, spread out over five meals of 300 calories each. Then stay active; you can add to this by taking Hydroxycut, but this won't be the reason for you losing weight, it will be a tool to keeping you more active with a higher metabolism to increase your calorie burn to help in the calorie deficit. Once this deficit accumulates to 3500 calories, you lose a pound of body fat. This is how weight loss works.

If you stick to this plan, you should see progress within the week.

I believe this answers your question, but if not, you may email me.

Good luck on your diet and fitness goals!

none.

cheating on a diet is a real bad idea... you'll get fatter after you realise you're starving to death and can't take it any more.

and it's bad on the heart.

food pyramid the current one... follow it. why? it's EASY, well BALANCED, you won't STARVE to death... and well it's logical.

very logical.

the new one has the 30 minutes a day work out and the 8 glasses of water. about time they modified it.

it's a long term diet... life term actually and you won't have to starve. and the weight will drop and you won't get yourself into trouble healthwise.

It worked for me, but I was irritable, cranky, and had major headaches. For me, it was worth it though, I lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks, then I went off it (I gained the weight back in a month)

Save your money. If diet pills worked, everyone would be skinny.

at a price. i tried it, but my crap started to have blood in them (sorry to be graphic, but it's true). i did lose some weight, but i don't think it's worth the price of having stuff inside you bleed. hopefully, you heed this warning, but if you're insistent, try it, and check yourself daily for anything out of the ordinary: stomach pains, chest pains, blood on fecal matter, stuff like that.

Nothing really works as advertised. They always have a disclaimer saying that results may not be typical, which means, it may, or it may not work.Try it at your own expense and risk.
