I like Powerade much better than Gatorade. Gatorade sometimes tastes salty to me.

Water.....gatorade/powerade.. both has a high sodium count. Most folks drink a whole bottle at a sitting....rather than a cup..

I like green gatorade. The navy blue and white stuff is also good too. You can keep the rest of it.

I like poweraide better but Gatoraide comes in the big powder cartons so I can make up a two liter bottle full anytime I need to and keep it in the fridge to fill my water bottles with for long bike rides....
