I find it very odd and hypocritical that so many Atheist are pure fanatics when it comes to religion, God, and the Bible. Why is that?

Perhaps you could qualify your question with examples of fanatic atheists being so prevalent and how they are being so.
While atheism is not a religion, it is a belief. It is a belief that we were not created by a higher power. I think that, as with all beliefs, it is natural for some to want to share that belief with others and to try to convince others to believe the same. So hypocrisy would not apply in such a case. Hypocrisy would be for one to say that he is an atheist and then to pray to or pay homage to a deity, spirit, etc.
Of course your own personal point-of-view plays a part in this as well. My personal experiences as a non-Christian have made me feel on many occasions that friends and family that are Christian would have me assume their beliefs and traditions. So to me even the "average" Christian will attempt to convert a non-Christian

LOL...so right you are. Case in point...the first 3 atheist who answered your questions. If you look at their profile, they spend HOURS and HOURS a day, cutting down religion. They spend SO MUCH TIME talking religion that it seems almost like a sickness/addiction. Kind of like an Alcoholic who hasn't had a drink in a few months. All they think about is alcohol. Same is true with the Atheist on this sight. They have a chemical addiction to God.

Okay, atheists can't be religious fanatics because they don't have a religion. Second, and following your logic, you're also a theist religious fanatical because you say your god is the one,true god at the same time denying every other god that ever existed...be it Allah, Zeus, Odin, Thor, Flying Spaghetti Monster, and so on and so forth...

It is like speaking to someone of a different language if they don't understand...many speak louder...a human flaw we all have. Speak in a manner worthy of love and someday they will understand..soon I hope before the clock strikes Zero...Armageddon will not be pleasant for even the surviors to see.

Think you nailed it right on the head. I find it humorous how they are so against "religions" that proselytize yet they themselves proselytize atheism just as loud.

Because Alot of christians HATE humanity. The bible teaches God hates humanity, but teaches it in a nice way.
I like to help others get RID of ignorance and primitive superstition. Primitive superstition and modern technology scares the CRAP out of me.
