i'm 21, she is 17 .. and she's my first girlfriend ever. We love eachother SO MUCH, but till now, we still have a physical barrier between us. We hug, we hold hands,but we never kissed, not even on the cheek! literally, no one of us kissed the other since we met.
We send kisses online, through SMS, through greeting cards, but we are still not being able to get it to real life. I would admit that i am a hesitant person, i find it hard to take the first step, whenever i feel like kissing her, millions of questions start roaming in my head, and i end up removing the idea. And when i mention kissing, i dont mean a french kiss, i doubt that our first kiss ever would be a french! She is also the type who wouldnt ask for something, and she wouldnt approach for a kiss.
Could it be that we dont see eachother much? she lives far away and we dont get to meet very often. And everytime i meet her it feels as if it's my first date .. hhehehe, i think this is a good sign of love.

by the way .. for the two of us, it's the first relationship. We have passes through many hard times, and most of the time she is feeling bad cuz she is doing medication for cancer.

I think you too both like each other so much and you both want it to last forever so you are both holding back a bit becayse you don't want it to go wrong.
My advise to you is if you are both happy how you are at the moment then take your time but if you really want to kiss her then go for it and see what happens if it turns sour just do you up most to apologise to her.

Oh boy. Being painfully shy is painful, I know. Try this. Give her a little innocent kiss on her mouth and then... just leave your mouth there! That's right. Just leave it there. Don't pucker your lips though or make them all rigid and hard, but keep them soft and smiling. You might, while your mouth is there (waiting at the door, as if), whisper sweet nothings like "hi, doll, missed you", "you smell so good", "you look beautiful today" and stuff like that. Keep your eyes open and look at her lovingly. If she moves her head, move with her, in a relaxed, easy way, of course. (Remember that the frontier between sexy and creepy is easily crossed.) Just hold for her, until she's ready. Hey, another idea just hit me! Why don't you put on a romantic song and slow dance with her, right there in the living room. Here is the key though... it must be really slow, barely moving slow. You take her hand and kiss it and put it over your heart. You gaze in each others eyes. No girl can resist that, my friend. You need to just suprise her with a small kiss when you get a hug from her. If she feels the same about you then she will return it, and if she doesn't then it is time to move on. Good luck.

I don't understand how you could consider her your gf if you two hasn't even kissed yet. 6 months is an awfully long time for that. Make a move already! Either s**t or get off the pot.

No it's highly abnormal! Dude you should have been hitting that 5 months ago! Next time you get with her give her a hug and then slip her some tongue! It's not like you don't know her, you've been going out for 6 friggin months so get with it!

Sounds like you are both just hesitant... if you want a kiss go in for the kiss. or simply ask "can i kiss you." only way your going to know...
