I mean, like I will be talking to them, and next thing you know it, I am at the end of the conversation, and they are shaking me, asking me, "Are you okay dude?" and stuff like that. Sometimes I look at my watch and then its like hours have gone by, and I haven't even moved. What's going on?

The first thing that comes to my mind is a severe case of Attention Deficit Disorder. Contrary to popular belief, it is NOT a disease that is limited to juveniles. However, if it is effecting you in such a profound way, you have no choice but to talk to your family physician. I mean, their are other possibilities as well. For instance, could you possibly have sleep apnea? It causes numerous side effects, including the inability to concentrate and focus. So many possibilities, all of which require some degree of testing. I'd see the MD asap. After all, if this is altering your lifestyle to that degree, what other choice do you have?

first i advice u to check a docter for a complete checkup on you.

second i think that you think a lot or day dream and get tired of to much concentration so you get carried away to another world of imagination then when your firends tell you something or shake your hand your like huh what then you come back to the real world. i think that you must concentrate on a blood test and stop using some sort of drug

It sounds like you are a little spaced out. Perhaps you are working too much or you are experiencing some self inflicted brain damage.
