Is the costume the right size for you ? Maybe it should be larger. Perhaps you need to take a break .. give yourself more resting time off the horse. Is your saddle a good match for you ? .. When you say you have "enormous pain" .. that really doesn't sound right for a person riding a horse, whether they are new or not. Something needs to be corrected. Good luck ! :)

Not sure what you are wearing but if it hurts do not wear it.
And also not sure why your groin would hurt from horse riding either. Something is not right
