Green apple, or some premise sprays that will keep them away from the area (preferably in granular form).

I don't know of a really good spray - Scram used to be the best. That sounds like a big area to cover. Try putting cider vinegar in a squirt bottle to cover areas or a zap into the mouth (but not straight down the throat) when you catch her! Say no chew after doing so, or whatever your repeat command is. consistency works best.

I agree with draggardevir- I used the bitter apple spray for my dog chewing the sofa. Worked like a charm. It's also good if a dog chews their skin (sometime when their skins dries out or they get fleas). It's pretty common at most pet stores

This helps believe me! I put a little tiny bit of tabasco sauce on the areas and the dog stops put water near the spots so the dog can take a drink. then once he stops take it off but he will still remeber not to chew there

good luck. I tried bitter apple and hot sauce - neither one worked and the dog liked it!

if you find something that works please update and let me know!

I did teach the dog 'leave it'. start out by dropping food on the floor, as the dog goes for it, cover it with your foot and say 'leave it'. when the dog looks back at you, say 'yes' or whatever your reward que may be, then give the dog a treat (but not the food that was on the floor.

practice this. eventually stop covering the food with your foot when you say 'leave it'. and the dog should leave it alone.

then when you are outside with the dog, and you see him going for the fense, say leave it. this should work with practice when you are present to correct him....

I'm not sure how long it will last outside, but try Grannik's bitter apple, available at most pet supply stores.

Hot peppers - might work on some dogs, othr dogs might like it. We had a dog who LOVED hot peppers. I had to keep my salsa out of nose reach when she was around! :)

White vinegar sprayed on surfaces you want to keep her away from work's beautifully. Remember to re-spray after a rain. This won't harm plant's or animal's. Good luck. Don't hit her, she doesn't understand she's doing wrong.

I would check at a local pet store. Try petco or petsmart. They have products for indoors, but i havent looked for outdoor products.

No basically you have to train your dog not to do that you do not want. The best way is to ask a breed expert. You can find one at http://www.dogsvets.net/breed_expert.htm
